Mmail

MMail is a feature that enables sending/receiving messages to email address using SMS server.
Although you should be able to send and receive messages to emails, this service is not guaranteed. We recomment you call if it is urgent/important that you get a response.

Your Mmail Address

Your mmail address is your phone number starting +44 omitting the 0 of the phone number@mmail.co.uk

eg. If your world phone number is [07942225555]
→your mmail address is [+447942225555@mmail.co.uk]

Mmail Activation

Go to [Menu] → [Messaging] → [Create message] → [Text message]
  1. Enter  212 in [To：] and [On] in Message： and send.
  2. If your message was sent successfully, you will receive an SMS “Your E-Mail service is now on and your address is +447XXXXXXXXX@mmail.co.uk”

Sending/Receiving Mmail

  1. Go to [Menu] → [Messaging] → [Create message] → [Text message]
  2. Enter  212 OR 21203 in [To：]
  3. Enter Email address、space、message and send.

Note When you swap SIM cards over in your phone, your SMS settings may change. Make sure that with your US number, you are set up to use US SMS settings. Please contact HanaCell if you are unable to reset your SMS settings.
