Change of account details

For change of credit card information, please call us on 888-634-8226.

Termination

Please email with the following information.

• Your full name
• Your HanaCell phone number
• Your contract number
• Date of last use (Termination fee)
• Your future contact number
• Your future address if different

There will be no termination fees but we will not be able to refund you your monthly fee if you terminate your contract before the end of your monthly cycle. Also please note that your calls will be charged to your credit card after your termination date.
