Voicemail

Your voicemail is ACTIVATED
Please note that you will be charged for receiving voicemail messages when you are not using your World SIM card if you did not switch your voicemail off.
To activate/ deactivate/ listen to your voicemail service you need to be in a service area. This means that a network name must be displayed on the screen of your phone. If the phone states "no service" or a similar message you will not be able to activate the service.

Cost of voicemail

  • Activation, at the cost of a call to the UK.
  • When someone leaves you a message (message deposit) at the cost of an incoming call + the cost of a call to the UK.
  • Message retrieval at the cost of a call to the UK.

Retrieving Voicemail Messages

  • If you receive notification of a voicemail message, simply dial 901 and press . Then follow the voice prompts to access the messages.
    * If dialing 1780 is unsuccessful, you should dial +447802090100.
  • When you first call to your voicemail number, you are required to set a PIN number for Voicemail.

While you're listening to a message you can press:

  • 0to pause or continue
  • 4to skip back 5 seconds
  • 6to skip forward 5 seconds

during or after you've heard your message, press:

  • 1to replay the message
  • 2to save it
  • 3to delete it

New Message Notification

When a Voicemail message has been left for you, you will be alerted by a text message. Remember to delete this message or your "Inbox" will soon become full.

  • Dial 1760 and then press the key.

    * If dialing 1780 is unsuccessful you should dial +447802090100.
