To make a test call from your phone you will need to make sure you are within a coverage area. To make sure you are in a coverage area you should have the name of the network you are attached to visible on the screen of your phone. If "No Service" or a similar message is displayed on the screen of your phone you will not be able to dial out.
In the first instance you should always try to dial + then the country code and then the number you are trying to reach.
For Example to call HanaCell, dial +18886348226. 1 is the country code for the USA and 44 is the country code for the UK. You can find country codes here. If using the + does not work when dialling another US number, you can try dialling without it. Alternatively you can try dialling direct without the + or the 1. For Example to call HanaCell dial 18886348226.
We recommend that you use the [+ dial] dialling method. However depending on the network and the handset you use, your calls may go through more reliably if you used one of the other interntional dialling methods; [011 dial], [468 dial][14015372523 dial].
Please try switching your phone off and on. This should refresh its settings with the nearby networks. If your phone still has poor coverage, please contact HanaCell.
