Your calls and monthly charges will be debited from your credit card (VISA、MASTER、AMEX). Your transactions will take place in the UK by HanaCell's parent company, Mobell Communications.

There may be an International handling fee on your payment. These fees are charged by your credit card company and not by HanaCell. Please contact your credit card company for more details.

If your total call charges do not exceed $9.99、your payment for that month is only $9.99!

Your charges will be taken on completion of the online order form.

Monthly ($9.99)

You will pay your monthly fee in advance from the start of your contract. From then on, you will pay your monthly fee on the same day of every month.

Calls and SMS charges

Call charges will be taken from your credit card as and when we receive the call data from the networks. Due to delays in receiving call data from networks, calls may be charged several months after they were made.

We will send your your credit card statement and itemized billing in PDF format to your email address free of charge.
We can send out copies of the statement by post but this will incur a charge of $3 per month.

Your credit card statement will state the charges which we have debited from your card.
